Autumn in South Tyrol is a particularly atmospheric season. Golden vineyards, clear air and cooler temperatures create ideal conditions for extended hikes without summer heat.

The highlight of South Tyrolean autumn is Törggelen – an ancient tradition where after the grape harvest, celebrations take place at farmsteads. Sauerkraut, dumplings, speck, sausages, cheese and for dessert Krapfen or roasted chestnuts are served. An unforgettable experience!
